Our Story
Born from Ninong's Pastries & Cafe, which opened its doors in 2008, Ninong's Dessert Lab continues our family's mission of sharing Filipino culture and food through our cherished recipes. In 2012, we created our signature Ube Pancakes, which catapulted our brand into nationwide recognition. Featured on ABC, KTLA, Buzzfeed Tasty, Yelp, The Filipino Channel, GMA, Eater, and Thrillist, our products have helped us share Filipino flavors in ways we never thought possible.
