Our Story
Born from Ninong's Pastries & Cafe, which opened its doors in 2008, Ninong's Dessert Lab continues our family's mission of sharing Filipino culture and food through our cherished recipes. In 2012, we created our Ube Pancakes, which catapulted our brand into nationwide recognition. Though we closed our family restaurant in 2020, we have been able to bring our signature recipe into the homes or the community we serve through our line of mixes and spreads. Featured on ABC, KTLA, Buzzfeed Tasty, Yelp, The Filipino Channel, GMA, Eater, and Thrillist, our products have helped us share Filipino flavors in ways we never thought possible.
